Connect your WHOOP

Your data, your permission. You decide which apps can access your data.

WhoopLens is a private, read-only MCP connector that lets ChatGPT read your own WHOOP data with your permission. It runs on Cloudflare. It is an independent personal integration and is not affiliated with WHOOP.

Who can connect

WhoopLens is invite-only. Each person needs an active membership granted by the owner, and a new WHOOP connection needs an open seat. There is no self-registration.

Request a seat

To ask for access, use the seat request form. Your name, email and optional message are emailed to the owner, who approves every seat. A request does not reserve a seat or create an account. Do not include health information, passwords or tokens.

How to connect

  1. In ChatGPT, add a connector with the server address https://whooplens.tech/mcp.
  2. Sign in at https://auth.whooplens.tech with a Cloudflare Access email one-time PIN.
  3. Review the app and requested permissions on the consent page, then approve or deny.
  4. In a chat with WhoopLens selected, ask it to run connect_whoop. Open the short-lived link it returns, sign in to your own WHOOP account, and approve read access. WhoopLens requests read-only WHOOP scopes plus offline so access can be refreshed.

While your membership is active, you can disconnect WHOOP from WhoopLens. You can revoke access in your WHOOP account settings at any time. If your membership has ended, request deletion of your stored WHOOP connection through the support page.
